Terms of Service

Welcome to European Filmmaker - www.europeanfilmmaker.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the digital products offered here. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by European Filmmaker. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to European Filmmaker. By accessing this site or purchasing any product, you are using our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use any of our products or content.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We currently offer:

  • Asset Blaster Pro - a paid animation effect for DaVinci Resolve.

  • Asset Blaster - a free animation effect for DaVinci Resolve.

  • Loupe Blaster Pro - a paid loupe/magnifier tool for DaVinci Resolve.

  • Loupe Blaster - a free loupe/magnifier tool for DaVinci Resolve.

  • Nailer - a paid DCTL plugin for DaVinci Resolve Studio.

  • Aftertone - a paid LUT and PowerGrades pack for color grading.

Baltic Elements has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase. Customers who purchased it previously retain their existing license and download access per Section 5.

Products may also be offered as bundles at a discounted combined price. Bundle purchases are subject to the same licensing terms in Section 5, applied individually to each product included.

All digital products are delivered via download link immediately after purchase or submission. No physical products are shipped.

3. PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR), and you are responsible for any local taxes or bank fees.

4. REFUNDS

Our products are digital, so once downloaded they can't be returned. What we stand behind is that they work. If a plugin won't install, breaks in a supported version of DaVinci Resolve, or doesn't do what the product page describes, email info@europeanfilmmaker.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

We don't offer change-of-mind refunds on downloaded files.

If you're a consumer in the EU, nothing here removes the statutory rights you have under the law of your home country.

5. LICENSING & USAGE

By downloading any product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial use in video and media projects. This applies whether the product was purchased individually or as part of a bundle.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the files

  • Modify and redistribute the products as your own

  • Upload products to any asset-sharing site or drive

You may:

  • Use products in monetized content (e.g. YouTube, freelance projects, commercial films)

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE AND PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to update, remove, or change our products and pricing at any time. Where a change materially affects a product you've already purchased, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you. We are not liable for any indirect loss due to these changes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, products, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of European Filmmaker. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may include links to third-party platforms (like YouTube or Vimeo). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to the site or block purchases if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of protections you're entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled through Lithuanian courts unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
